Our recruitment team undertakes personalized, tailored approaches to candidate sourcing including a review of family requirements and values and sources candidates through trusted platforms and networks. Shortlisted candidates’ profiles are professionally prepared and shared with the family.
- Step 3. Interviews & Verification
We coordinate video interviews and conduct thorough background and reference checks. Verification results are shared transparently with the client.
- Step 4. Trial & Hiring
Selected candidates attend a trial at the client’s home. The client confirms their final hiring decision, and recruitment is closed after the nanny completes seven working days, with final payment processed.

Yes. Optional nanny training can be added to either package and may include newborn care, pediatric first aid, health and safety, age-appropriate care, play-based support or other relevant trainings. Additional fees will apply.
Visa sponsorship is not included in the nanny recruitment service or pricing. However, we do offer an add-on visa processing service given our commitment to serving as a one-stop solution for all your childcare needs.
No. Nannies introduced through our nanny search service are direct hires and are not employees of Nannies & More. Our role is to support sourcing, screening, and recruitment based on your requirements.
Yes. During the inquiry stage, you can specify whether you are looking for a live-in or live-out nanny. We shortlist candidates accordingly.
Absolutely. You can request specific skills such as newborn care, tutoring, driving, cooking, or prior UAE experience. These preferences help us shortlist candidates that best match your family’s needs.
Yes, if UAE experience is important to you, we can prioritize candidates who have worked in the UAE. If not, we can also source experienced candidates new to the region.
Medical examinations are not included unless specifically requested. If required, we can guide you on how to arrange medical checks independently or through additional services.
Once recruitment is completed (a week after the nanny has been placed and started working with your family, with the option for a free replacement excluding visa costs for the second recruitment package) we formally close the nanny search service. Families are welcome to reach out again if they need additional recruitment support, training, or other childcare services.
